One-Time Purchases

Orders placed as a one-time purchase are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If you believe you made an error when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@byela.com. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order is confirmed, we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed.

Returns and refunds for one-time purchases are governed by our Refund Policy [LINK].

Subscription Purchases

If you purchase a product through a subscription or recurring delivery option, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order is processed.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription order, cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date. Subscription cancellations made after this window may apply to future billing cycles only.

Changes to Subscription Orders

You may update your subscription preferences, including delivery frequency, shipping address, or payment method, through your account dashboard at any time prior to the billing cut-off.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for subscription orders are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Opened or used products are not eligible for refund.
