My daughter is eight months old, and this blend has been a little source of support for me during postpartum life. I don’t drink coffee, so I really appreciate the little boost it gives me in the morning. As a lymphatic therapist, I’m particular about the products I use. Quality matters to me, but so does noticing a difference in my own routine. This one has become something I reach for regularly. It tastes really good, too,
I mix it into all kinds of drinks and also enjoy it on its own. I honestly just love it.
I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect when I first tried ByEla. If I’m honest, I wondered whether it would be another wellness trend since I was seeing everywhere on my feed.
But actually… I really like it. I am in perimenopause and I can tell my brain is slowly feeling sharper and I forget things less often now.
It arrived quickly, tastes genuinely good, and has quietly become part of my morning routine. I now wake up, spend a little time in mindfulness, and drink my full bottle of ByEla before the day properly begins. There’s something about that ritual that feels like I am prioritizing myself every morning despite all the chaos with kids and a busy job. I am going to order my fourth pouch and can’t stop talking about it with my friends.
I subscribed about two months ago and so far I’m really liking this product. Super easy to include in my morning routine after I finish my workouts. I recommend it
I think I used to take most of the ingredients I see in ByEla. So for me it’s incredibly easy, I take it every morning with my breakfast. I hardly ever forget cause I really like the taste. Not overly sweet like other products I’ve tried before.
I’ve tried more supplements than I can count but I never got myself to stick with them for long enough to notice any difference. I had no idea if ByEla would be a good value for my money but because it dissolves easily and tastes good, I actually felt it worked after taking it daily for a month. I noticed a difference in my workouts and my focus. It’s the first thing I’ve been consistent with in years. I just ordered my third pouch.
I was already taking creatine, magnesium, and vitamin D separately. Creatine+ has all of them at the same doses of my previous supplements. Very happy with it so far.
I bought this product to help me with my brain fog and lack of energy I started to feel after I turned 43. Three weeks into Creatine+ I was thinking more clearly at work, and my energy actually holds through the day. I wish I had found this two years ago. Highly recommend it
My doctor mentioned I should start thinking about muscle and bone health before menopause, to avoid osteoporosis. I found Creatine+ online and it felt like the right foundation. My strength in the gym has improved noticeably, and knowing everything is third-party tested gives me confidence in what I’m putting in my body. I really enjoy the taste.
I’m 3 months in and so far so good, really nice taste which means I actually look forward to the drink, rather than taking multiple different supplements everyday. I have less fatigue and brain fog, which knocks on to a better focus and appetite to be more social and exercise more often. Just a healthier routine overall. So I’m hopeful that this is a great catalyst for a positive spiral in focus, fitness and feeling good in my own body.
Been using Creatine+ for about a month and a half now. Not gonna lie, I almost gave up on creatine altogether after the last brand I tried made me feel like a water balloon. This one's different, somehow. Mixes fine, tastes fine, nothing crazy.
The energy thing is real though. I used to need a coffee around 3pm just to function and that's mostly gone now. Squats have gotten better too, not dramatically, but I'm definitely lifting more than I was 6 weeks ago. No bloating so far, which honestly surprised me more than anything else.
Only annoying thing is the pouch is kind of tall and it makes it hard to reach the last few scoops on the bottom. Minor complaint. I'm on my second pouch now and take it every morning.

Shopping was so easy. I love that they use the shop app so I don't have to create a new set of credentials.
ordering was as simple and easy as can be, my package came quickly and was beautiful! I was so excited to open it when it arrived!
